Fundación Entretantos (FENT) is a Spanish non-governmental organisation. It focuses on the development of more sustainable food systems and policies, agroecology, extensive livestock farming and biodiversity conservation. It pays special attention to the co-production of knowledge and action, which is why it is committed to dialogue and participation to generate innovation and find new solutions to the social and environmental problems we face today. Among different projects, it has been working with the Valladolid City Council and the University of Valladolid in the participatory planning and implementation of the Valladolid Food Policy [Alimenta Valladolid].
